French Tip Nails Salon — Local services in Perry Heights

This was my very first time ever getting my nails done. I was getting them done for my wedding. Me, and 3 of my bridal party came in that we scheduled a few weeks in advance. I was a little disappointed that when we arrived they kept 3 of us together and took my other friend clear on the other side of the room. Then sat 2 complete strangers next to us..I was confused because we scheduled in advance and they separated us rather than putting the stranger where my friend was. Anyway I figured they had good reason so I didn't mention it. The lady I had was super friendly but she was a tad bit rough and spent a lot of time on her phone in between doing my nails. They didn't have any of the colors I wanted so I had to settle with a color that I didn't want. All my nails have bubbles and brown specks on them. She never made me wash my nails off or anything after grinding them down. I've never had my nails done before so I wasn't sure of the process but I'm pretty sure they're not supposed to have so many bubbles with dirt in them. When I got my feet done they were covered in oil so I didn't want to put them straight back into my dress shoes, normally they give you disposable flops. So I wasn't going to put my shoes back on but she started yelling at me so as soon as I got to the nail station I took my shoes back off to air dry. Wished I would have read reviews before going. When I asked how long I was told 10 minutes, that turned out to be 35 min. wait. Said it was my first time to get acrylic nails. I would have thought they would of asked questions. He cut them before I had a chance to say they were too short. He also filed so hard he cut me in several places. Wanted oval tips, not square. He was upset when I said it wasn't what I wanted. Also wanted just a tiny white line not 3/4 of an inch of white. I now have several small cuts, white polish all over my fingers, acrylic stuff under my nails, I thought would be cleaned up a little bit better. Don't get me started on the dust in the salon, not a very clean place at all. And how un professional to sit a client in a chair by the back door to do a wax job. For goodness sakes invest in a light, and private room. Yeah Yeah I know sunlight is best natural. Also I found it rude of them to speak in foreign language, very loud to each other. Never saw any tech talking with their client. Never ever will I go to this place again. Also heard 3 other people complaing while there. I will be reporting this salon. If you saw my nails you'd report as well. Next day, my nail bed and surrounding areas are very sore, tender with small cuts. This all could have been avoided. Yes those huge...

The guy doing my nails was so rough I am so surprised my nail didn't fall off! He gave me like 20 dirty looks. He burped in my face it was so disgusting and also last time whenever I came he told me it was $35 to pay and I did not get nothing extra just a normal French tip also this time I came and I said how much is a French tip he said $35 .Seriously come on I know how much a normal french tip is.. My sister called and asked on the phone and the lady told her $25 . When it was time to pay i gave him 25 he tried to tell me 40! Again. You think im paying 40$ for someone to burp in my face. Lmfao. I dont mind paying if the job is good but this place is probably THE WORST nail salon i have been to. They charged my sister extra to. It seems every time we go bere they mark us both up 10-15$. The lady doing my sister's gave her a manicure and a pedicure she went so fast! Didnt take her time at all. By the time my nails was done my sister was already done with her manicure and pedicure. The workers are yelling the whole time. Feet on chairs, no shoes. On their phones as they are doing people mani/pedis. Terrible place to get your nails done.
