Never in a million years will I ever go here again. I've never had such terrible service. They don't care about their costumers at all. I've gotten pizza from here twice, and both times were terrible service. This last time did me in. I ordered pizza for my daughter's birthday party 12 hours in advance and when we went to pick it up they said there never was an order placed. I even had a confirmation email and text message sent to me. I gave them the confirmation # and they literally said that's not proof enough. How the hell is a confirmation number not proof. Then I showed the lady my receipt and even then she tried so hard not to accept our order, saying that wasn't acceptable. Thankfully after zooming in on the receipt and showing her the whole order she finally gave in and made our pizza even though we were half an hour late to our own daughters birthday party. The lady was extremely rude, she was even the manager which is unbelievable to me. She couldn't have cared any less that our order was 'missing'. No I'm sorry for the inconvenience or anything. I understand glitches happen, but she could have at least cared to make the mess of a situation less unpleasant. Instead she seemed annoyed with us the whole time like it was our fault somehow. Never going...

Review #1. We've been dining at Michael D's and the Cafe for a couple years now. We've always had good food and good service. Last night (Wednesday special) we tried their lasagna and it was far beyond our expectations. The serving size is generous and it's got plenty of meat and ricotta. I normally don't like a lot of sauce but this sauce is exceptional! I even ate it with bread! Their strombolis and calzones are delicious too. We always have a friendly, attentive server. The atmosphere is fun and comfortable. Review #2. We came back especially for the lasagna (Wednesday) but at 6 pm they had already run out. We weren't upset, we get it.... It's THAT good! So it gave us girls a chance to try other pasta dishes. The guys stuck with pizza. My S.I.L. had Italian sausage and peppers and I had Chicken Piccata. We both were impressed with our meals. My chicken was tender and flavorful. The Piccata sauce was full of flavor with plenty of lemon juice and capers. Some restaurants skimp on the capers, not here. The guys pizzas were wonderful. The crust is firm , tender yet crispy at the edges. The sauce is balanced, not acidic or too sweet. My dilemma next visit is lasagna or...

We ordered a party pizza and 50 wings for the Superbowl. The order was placed at 4:15pm in advance and we scheduled it to not be ready for pick up until 5:45pm. I wanted to give them enough time and notice, seeing that it was a busy day being the Superbowl. The order was placed online, and I received a confirmation via email. Welp....my husband left to go pick up the order and they said they did not have it, ACTUALLY they told him they canceled an online order because "they did not have enough room in their ovens at the time"....NOT ONE phone call or email telling us that it was canceled, nor A SIMPLE APPOLOGY. INSTEAD my husband was given attitude as if it were his fault, and then they said they could magically make it for us in a half hour. So he had to come back AGAIN, now late for the Superbowl party, and no single "I'm sorry", or maybe a discount for the inconvenience. NOTHING. Then to top matters, the party pizza was burnt and overcooked. Maybe 5 slices out of the 32 piece pizza was touched because everyone said it was not good at all. We will NEVER give them our business again. Over $100 worth of nasty food, and attitude....will gladly spend our...

I stopped in on a recommendation because I was looking for somewhere that has a good prime rib. Although it wasn't as thick as I anticipated, their blackened pepper prime rib was still pretty good! It came with a decent sized salad and a baked potato, which I asked them to load up and boy did they. There was so much cheese and bacon. Yumm. The bartender made my favorite mocktail, which is a Shirley Temple, light grenadine and splashed with OJ (he even gave me a refill togo.) There were a few things on the menu I'll have to come back and try. My only regret was not getting the Blueberry Lemon cheesecake. I've been thinking about it all evening. I sat alone at the bar, and the service was excellent. I didn't catch the 2 guys that took turns waiting on me's names, but you could tell they've been doing it a while. Will definitely be back!

I've been to the sports bar before. Had to try out breakfast at the cafe'. Nice staff, quick service, plenty of food, and super prices. No, they don't skimp on serving sizes. I ate 2/3 of my order and left the rest. Also this place is CLEAN ! Ok, I chose the kitchen sink scramble with the gravy on the side. Glad it went this way. You can add as much gravy as you want or none. The crazy part is, the plate doesn't require the gravy. So I used it for dipping toast in it. Pow is, an instant hit with l me. The toast is thick and buttered up. Then sausage gravy like SOS standing up! Speaking of SOS it is being added to their menu. It's a must-do place. I'LL BE BACK
