My wife and I have furnished our entire house with Ochs, their customer service and commitment to quality products are something that we’ve just never experienced at any other company! The sales staff were extremely friendly and their knowledge and recommendations were second to none. Ashley's in Cape is operated by Och's sold me an entertainment center in Dec. 2020, took the money and has never delivered the piece. Every month the date of delivery changes so I must wait another month.

See the Better Business Bureau reports that back up my experience. They refuse to refund saying all sales final.

Selling a product but not delivering said product, is theft and fraud. Do your homework before buying from Ashley's in Cape Girardeau ot from Och's Furniture in Perryville, Missouri.

I purchased a lift chair about 13 months ago, the frame broke, contacted the store, then emailed rose, I was told to send pictures--that was a month ago, and no reply. I will never do business with these people. The chair has a limited lifetime warranty, and it is not worth the paper it is written on. They stall you out and do not service there products, the sad part is it was a very expensive chair, and is needed, we have health issues, and really needed a functional chair.
