Park-Et Restaurant — Restaurant in Perryville

Food was okay. Went on Sunday at around 1245. There were still alot of people eating and waiting on food. Our waitress was fairly quick getting us drinks and taking our order. Then we waited close to an hour. The couple in next table got up and left. Apparently their waitress had taken their order and forgot to turn it in. When we got our food half of our order came and half of the couple with us got only half of theirs. After waiting until they had eaten 1/2 of their plates the waitress came back and went to check on remaining orders. Apparently our food had been given to another table. Told they were working on ours. When received friend's sandwich had no fixing with it. My breakfast plate was barely warm. My scrambled eggs were so had small bites felt like they had a crust. The gravy tasted like someone had spilled some orange juice in it and just stirred it in. The turkey received on daily special looked like processed lunchmeat. Pie and bread pudding for desert were good. Would recommend going in for dessert and coffee. Especially if they are busy. Go somewhere else if...

We Went there at 4, we had to pick up our car at 5 from a nearby service center. Went in 3 other tables 2 eating and 1 waiting on food. Sat down and ordered 2 teas, side salad, soup, and a burger and fries. Other table got there food and there were 3 waitresses. We got our teas and the side salad. Sat and sat, all the people that were there when we came in ate and left. 3 other tables came (group of 3, 4 and 1) they got waited on and got their food. Our waitress never checked on us or our food. We got up at 4:50 and went to where you check out and told cashier we wanted to check out said we had no check just 2 teas and side salad. Our waitress was less than 4 feet away and never came over to cashier. Cashier couldn’t find our order , went and checked in kitchen, no order. Charged us $12.00 for 2 teas and a side salad. Cashier apologized but didn’t offer to comp anything. No a word from our waitress. We live In Illinois and went over at least once a month and ate. We WON’T...

I'm sorry but we were there for a early dinner and waited a hour to get our food. Two other table in our party did not get the right food no refills on their drinks ,and the girls that was there waitress was seen many a time standing up front just talking and laughing and playing on there phones. I'm sorry but the phones should not be allowed at the place of work. They were out of the food that we ordered but took them 15 minutes to ask if we wanted a different meal. I'm sorry but if they can't run a business anybetter then that then maybe the owners need to train the people better fir the job. Trying to say the grill was not big enough,and my only thought on that was no its not the grill it's the people they have in the kitchen. All I'm saying is perryville is not that big of a town and word gets around and that's how you loose customers. So maybe the phones need to be gone ,and they need to train them better.will not go back there for a long...
