If you love antique tractors, then you'll love this collection. There are several rooms full of everything spanning several decades starting in the early 1900's. There are some very rare and odd machines in here, along with many large displays full of toy tractors. It's well lit and air conditioned, with nice restrooms and plenty of benches along the isles. Many displays are set up with scenery that depicts the era, and some even have audio/video presentations. Most tractors are show quality, with a small number of 'petina' entries. Read moreThe American Tractor Museum was a great place to visit. There are many different tractors and plenty of historical information available. Each tractor had a sign with a QR code which provided additional information than was listed on each tractor's sign. That was a great addition to the displays.
We loved our time there. The lady who checked us in was fabulous! I enjoyed talking with her. She graciously, dug for a t-shirt for my dad to be sure to get him the style and size he needed. She was also able to share information with us about the area so we could visit other places.

Read moreThis is a MUST SEE! We were in town on business and found this museum as a local attraction, gosh knows we'd never pass up an opportunity to see anything agricultural related! This is a VERY WELL curated showing of a variety of rare antique tractors, tiny pedal tractors, a thresher, etc. all meticulously restored with informational plaques in a beautiful building. We even got to know the owner, Kenny, while we were there which was super fun (Hello to Kenny from Dina and Carson!).
