Great service and help. There was a young man there that helped me fix my phone and got me set up with some stuff for my kids. He was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable about what accessories could help me in my day to day while dealing with children. All in all it was one of my best experiences at a cell phone store. Will definitely be going back and sending anyone that needs help thank you cricket...

Hayley was amazing! Very professional and knowledgeable. She saved us over $150!!!! Now we have an affordable plan that is unlimited just like our previous carrier.
