First off, I donāt ever complain, and I rarely take the time to write a review, but my experience was so bad I want to warn others. So I ordered online with a delivery ETA of 20-40 min. After an hour and a half went by I called to find out what was going on with the order. I was told that this Pizza Hut uses Dash as a delivery service, but the person who took the job to deliver cancelled, and when that happens no other dash driver can deliver the order? so it was not picked up, I explained that I was concerned that because it had been so long, the order was probably cold, and would need to be remade, and that I would be ok if they wanted to cancel the order and refund me, or remake it and try again for delivery. I was quickly told not to worry and that they had in fact, remade everything and would have the manager personally deliver it right away. I was honestly thankful when the store manager arrived with the food, and an apology. But then when I got it inside and opened the boxes the food, including the boneless wings everything was beyond cold, hardened dry cheese included and looked like they attempted to recook it. So dry, it had a saltine cracker dust crunch and the sauce must have evaporated in the reheating process? because I could not see or find any, ā¦So strait into the trash. 50.00 learning lesson and top 3 Worst pizzas I have ever had, and I have had jacks freezer pizza, so that's saying a lot. Normally I would have left but sadly I already paid for my carryout. A worker was out back vaping when I pulled in and we made eye contact.. Called the store got someone not in the store that was unable to help but gave me corporate number. Had time to write that number down and end the call before someone came out and waited on me. Told the cashier about being there for 10-15 mins. Told me she was in the office helping with payroll. I informed her of the staff outside that saw me. She informed me she can't help what others do and she wouldn't be able to help me anyways. Okay even so she could have informed someone that there were customers up here. She shrugged me off. I then called the store to tell the manager and she informs me she was dealing with a complaint and made excuses as to why no one was around. Ā Ā Ā Read more*Ordered online through iphone delivery option at 7:48, with estimated delivery set for 8:18pm. *I called restaurant at 8:30 checking status and was told that "Blaze" was not there yet to deliver pizza but it was coming. *8:54 received missed call and voicemail stating, "It's not ready yet, it's coming up" *Received text from 69011 stating order out for delivery at 9:17 *Pizza arrives at 9:45. We stated paying in cash, driver had no change, meaning he walked away with an $8 tip after a two hour late pizza delivery. *And to wrap it all up, the pizza wasn't even hot.
I'm mostly disappointed because this is my 3 year old son's favorite restaurant and asks for it all the time, and I no longer wish to ever order from you again. Which makes me feel like a horrible...
