Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Peru

I order pizza AT LEAST once a week for me and my family of six. It’s about 70/30 in service and quality. Sometimes it’s just right and other times it’s horrible.

For instance we will get the wrong type of breadsticks or semi-cold pizza or no cheese cups or missing entire items like pop, cookies, breadsticks, etc.

I ALWAYS tip the top amount allowed through the app and always kind and patient. Today it shows up like it was carried on it’s side the whole ride crumpled in the box. I don’t why but this feels the most egregious.

Some of the drivers are regulars and are amazing and I will continue to tip great but I’m hoping this reaches someone and they can potentially try to tighten ship.

No place is perfect and there will always be bad employees or a bad day or a mistake made and that’s ok. I make mistakes at work too.

But since we moved counties and switched to this Papa Johns from the one in Wabash we have seen a dramatic decrease in quality of service, quality of food and friendliness.

We don’t plan on moving anytime soon but now my wife wants us to order Pizza Hut more often for the pasta. Let’s hope this papa Johns can get me and especially the wife...

Wowza. Was told 30 mins for food. Took and hour and 10 min. When the driver arrived finally I was like yay at least my food is here. But wait. They forgot my drinks and sauces. Which I paid for. I'm assured they will bring them right away. As I write this it's been 30 minutes since then. So I call in and am immediately put on hold for 5 min. What a joke. There are so many pizza options in this town that youd think a business running this way would not be in business anymore. I wont be ordering here anymore. Not to mention, the pizza was cold, flat, and just bad. By far the worst pizza experience from start to finish that I've had in a very long time. Disappointed.

Ordered hamburger pizza - two orders of cheese bread & 2- 2 liters of MT Dew.. The man who took my order kept repeating the words MT Dew to me i said yes. Well they brought 2 Pepsi and not dew. I can't drink dark soda like that causes my stomach to act up and I end up in hospital. I called spoke with a manager over an hour ago he was supposed to be sending the dews back. And everyone knows they can't take any thing back for security reasons ig well we did tell manager he can get them back when our dews came. Well been over hr waiting! Food is now cold and still no soda has been brought back. So didn't get to eat or drink anything and that's after paying 40$ for food & a $5 tip. Places like this ruins it for all fast food establishments... I end up in hospital they will be getting the bill & ...
