Wings Etc. — Restaurant in Peru

Used to be in our rotation of places to eat pre-covid. Stopped going out to eat for quite a while due to my wife's health, covid and wings getting old to us.

Well, today we tried it again. Ordered our normal 7 boneless wings and what we got can only be described as bargain bin frozen breaded chicken bites. The wings used to have enough chicken in them to cut each in half and have two bites. These things were so small that you could fit three in the size of an old wing. The breading was not flavorful at all nor was it even crispy. So bad that there wasn't even a crunch when you bit into it. Even McDonalds chicken nuggets have a crunch to them! My wife refused to even eat hers as hers had a funny after taste as well. I was hungry enough that I went ahead and ate all of mine. Thankfully the sauce was still decent even though it seemed like they cut back on the amount they put on. They also are giving three quarters of the amount of fries they used to.

We had two little ones with us that were being baby sat too. One got a burger and one got mac & cheese. The mac & cheese was cold and tasted like rubber noodles with a little cheddar sauce on them. The burger gave the other one such an upset stomach that she spent all of nap time crying about her belly.

The manager was nice enough to remove one wing meal from our ticket, the one my wife refused to eat. All in all, it is by far the worst lunch we have had in a long while and we will not be returning. Should have taken the hint when the parking lot was empty at 12:15PM and we were the only people in there, yet still had to wait 5 minutes to be seated. My advice is to...

Ordered FOUR items to-go.. received 3. arrived and there was no one up front for well over 5 minutes.. tipped 15% and all they had to do was make sure our order was correct. we got haggled over dipping sauce upon initial pick-up which they were clearly more focused on than ensuring our full order was included. went back and yet again... no one is there for me to talk to, wait around and finally someone walks out.. absolutely ridiculous behavior when I said we did not receive out full order, waitress stated "I put a double order in there for you" & handed me a tiny styrofoam cup... I then go to walk out and hear her yell HAVE A NICE DAY in THE most snarky and condescending way possible! we will NEVER return to this establishment. Upon further inspection of our order, our cheese sticks were old, our fries didnt even come loaded (also states sour cream is included yet we didnt receive that either) & the chicken wrap... had 1 SMALL piece of chicken which didnt even remotely cover the entirety of the wrap, it was a lettuce wrap. deplorable customer service, pathetic food and an absolute waste of money. with beef o bradys across the street it's a no brainer to just avoid this place bc it's clear, the staff doesnt want...

If I could give this place 0 starts I would. I had came here with my boyfriend to get dinner last night. The moment we walked in we got sat but at a wet dirty table. Took at least 15 mins after sitting down someone finally came and took our drink order, after another 10 or so mins as I saw the server just standing at the host stand not doing anything but looking at us finally comes to us and says "Sorry nobody told me you were sat" took our order we waited a good 30mins our food comes out without silverware it took at least another 15mins or so to find someone who was apparently working to ask for silverware as our own server never came back to check on us...Anyone that walked in was being ignored and unattended to when you could see enough people in the back just standing there talking. This is very sad business service for a good restaurant. Seemed like there was no manager on duty to care enough if the staff was doing their job..very...
