Los Tres Caminos — Restaurant in Peru

Worse lunch experience, ever After ordering lunch, my adult son, went to the restroom to wash his hands before eating, when he came out of the restroom, our lunch had arrived and I had started eating mine. When he came back to the table , he said.....Mom, I'm not eating here. I said , why not ? The food is already on the table. And then he showed me, what was outside the restroom doors. There were 2 stacks of , boxes of frozen foods, melting in the hallway. We left our plates where they were. Wasn't about to eat or take it home. When he gave me the bill, I paid it and asked him......Are those boxes of food, suppose to be in a refrigerator or freezer ? The waiter said...yes. I then asked him why they were sitting in the hallway , and he just shrugged his shoulders. Someone will get seriously ill. I should have reported them to the Miami county Board of Health. They lost us as customers, forever. And we had loved going there. This is the one ,on the west end of Peru, not the one on Broadway Street.

And the two stacks of food in boxes, were chest tall. Apparently it's not a problem, to them. Eat here at your own risk. I'm very disappointed with them, we were...

The food is OK. It's about average for your typical Mexican restaurant. That's about the only good thing regarding this place. If you order an order to go, or for pickup, they charge you extra. Like there's literally a "pickup" charge. I frequently order for 7 or more people, and they will not give more than one small bag of chips and one small container of salsa. Anymore than that is extra. The queso/ white cheese dip is literally just melted white American cheese. No additives like green chile or tomatoes. They charged me 3 dollars for a small side of sour cream for my meal that was to go. If I order for just my fiancée and I, which we both get the same $11 meal, it comes to 32 dollars before their expected tip for composing my to go order. Also, the manager is not very...

Usually love this establishment, but will NOT be back nor recommend ANY more! Walked in 1hr10min before close, was seated, then overheard our hostess say, “Wow, just an hour before close and we have 1 table… I want to get out of here….” As if that wasn’t bad enough, we received dirty looks and laughs, the waiters started pulling out all the booths and deep cleaning. Playing music on their phones and singing, making the message clear we weren’t wanted or welcome. Could not finish my meal and asked for to-go boxes immediately. Extremely disappointing and embarrassing!!!

Like I said, I’ve always had great experiences and enjoyed myself here, but will NOT be back given nothing was done to correct this horrible...
