Hair Therapy — Local services in Petersburg

First and foremost, when I’m in a new state or anywhere and looking for something that is needed for my personal care. My main concern is customer service.

When I tell you that I’m here visiting from Washington State and the Lord direct me to this salon. It was the icing on the cake for me.

I taught I knew Kim along time ago, I didn’t have an appointment and she got me and my son in for a wash .

The customer service was beyond expected, the place was sooooo clean and can I tell you my flat iron and hair care was just awesome.

If you are in the fort Lee area for school. Kim is the place to be and she will give you tips of the area and places to go.

5 stars hands down!  I was able to be seen by Kim on short notice due to a hair emergency and the experience was all encompassing. Kim is knowledgeable and has great expertise regarding hair texture, products to maintain health and manageability and overall styling. She gave a comforting experience with wonderful affordability and amazing cleanliness of the salon.

One prominent moment was before she proceeded to style my entire head, she did a small section to see if I liked it.

One recommendation would be a scheduling software system/ appt calendar to help manage bookings and appts.

I love Hair Therapy. Kim is the best hair stylist that I ever known to do my hair. She explains what is needed to keep your hair healthy and strong. Her hair style are up to date and she takes time to make sure it's done the way you like it. The atmosphere in her shop is like going to sit in your own living room. It is so cozy and pleasant.
