Had work done on my vehicle due to a deer collision. Paid out of pocket for a alignment which was fine due to them saying I was in desperate need of just for ball joints to rust out a month later WHILE I WAS DRIVING WITH MY 6 year old in the car. Spoke with tow truck driver who also is a mechanic & spoke with a few other mechanics whom all stated THE BALL JOINTS SHOULD HAVE BEEN CHECKED AS WELL ESPECIALLY BEING THERE WAS NOT JUST FRONT END WORK DONE BUT AN ALIGNMENT AS WELL. I spoke with the shop monday morning & the first statement that was made to me was "an alignment was not done so there was no need to check ball joints or suspension or anything" luckily I had my paperwork showing I paid for an alignment & emailed that in. When the rep called me back she stated that the mechanic stated he wasn't supposed to check ball joints however he did "go the extra mile" by shaking the tire after alignment to make sure nothing was loose nor rattling.So now yet again I have to pay for even more repairs being that damage was definitely done being that ball joints broke WHILE DRIVING. I have the lifetime loyalties plus an added warranty and I had to take my car to Loyalty Nissan, pay to get it checked out and never got the money back from what was left over after the deductible. I also had an inspection at the Petersburg location, left to get a tire put on so they could remove the rejection sticker and came back not even an hour later and both inspectors were gone. It was only noon and they close at 5:30. The guy told me to drop off the car the next day and I told him I live almost an hour away. They literally just had to see that I had a new tire and give me an inspection sticker. Next time I'll stick to getting an inspection where I live because now I have to find a way to get back up there to literally get my tire looked at and get the sticker. All the guy could tell me was that I had 14 days. Despite their name "LOYALTY," it is unfortunate to say that there is no sense of loyalty towards customers. I initially came across the vehicle on Facebook, which was listed under Carfax. Upon interacting with Travis, the receptionist, I found him to be clever and skilled at engaging customers. However, to be brief, my car-buying experience at this dealership was highly negative, with numerous unfulfilled commitments. I strongly discourage anyone from considering this dealership as they provide very poor customer care, and once you've made your purchase, they neglect their commitments.
