Since I am unable to write more than one review I will add on to this one. I knew I should have trusted my gut feeling and my original decision and not go back to this location but I gave in... I went through the drive thru tonight and what an absolute mess!! First as usual, pull to the parking space we are waiting on your order... of course they are, this is the story of the day with them... So pull in the parking space. About 8 min later they come out and bring the car next to me her food, then tells me my order is coming they are waiting on my tenders. I told him I didnāt order tenders and tell him what i ordered and he tells me itās coming up. Upon rummaging through the bags and food, the lady next to me starts blowing the horn for the person to come back but this individual proceeds to walk in as if they didnāt hear this horn being blown...I roll my window down and asked if her order was wrong, she said yes. I asked if it was __, then started to rattle off my order. She told me yes and brings me the food and hands it to me, then walks inside. A minute or two later she comes back out with her food and gets in her car. At this point the employee walks out and the lady beside me asks who the manager is and is told that was the manager. So she says well I need the corporate number and is told we are too busy for that right now. Then comes to me and says what do u need? I said I want to at least get new fries because the person was going through the bag of my food. He said ok Iām gonna give u large fries for the trouble. I said um, that is what I ordered but u see not what I got. So we walk inside and he says give me two large fries. I didnāt do it, she did, he proceeds to tell me. Now at this point him and the girl he accused of making the mistake are going back and forth whoās right and wrong. Seriously???? Why are they arguing in front of customers??? I receive the two new fries and leave. Upon getting home, we look inside our burgers, and they are WRONG!!! I even made the cashier read me my order back before I paid so I knew she had heard me correctly!!!!! This is the worst establishment ever!!!!!! You can never get what you ordered, they have the worst customer service, it is disgusting inside, always a wait, never hot fresh food!!!! I donāt know why I continue to punish myself by going there but I keep hoping they will get it together. Unfortunately, no matter how many times they have switched management it never changes and at this point I DONāT THINK IT EVER WILL... I cannot let this go any longer, This complaint will be heard!!!
It is an absolute shame to spend your hard earned money and continue to get wrong or sub par food. I will drive about 15-20 minutes out of my way to get food before I will ever go to to this location. I truly want to go through the drive thru and when they ask can I take your order I just want to say you may as well give me whatever you feel like me having, your not gonna give me what I order anyway. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI watched the young lady who bags the food, playing with her cellphone, putting her hands on her clothes, and acting like it's ok to fix customers' fries. I told her she had to put gloves on or wash her hands before she fixed the fries. She told the manager, who was working the drive-through. When he came to fix fries, I asked him about using gloves because he's working register, taking money, as well as the young lady bagging the food. He said, "I can't work in gloves. We just passed our safety inspection, and they don't have to wear gloves while handling food according to policy." I told him I have health issues and food safety, plus the handling of food is necessary. I also told him there's such a thing as washing your hands. For everyone who eats at this burger King, BEWARE!!! Not only was I watching the young lady, I also watched the young man loading the burgers in the grill, pick up 2 burgers that fell on floor, threw them in the trash, and started loading more burgers with the same dirty gloves on. The manager saw the young lady playing with her phone, putting her hands on her clothes, and thought it was still okay for her to handle fries without gloves or washing her hands. This is one example of why so many people get sick from eating fast food. The employees don't care, including the managers. If it wasn't for my grandson, I wouldn't have stopped there. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI just went through Burger King drive thru located in Petersburg Virginia on Crater Road. I ordered a,#1 and I asked if they could cooked it freshā¦.. well it was hard and burnt. I asked for a 16oz drink and they gave me a12oz. I also asked for 3 or the original chicken wraps for $2.99 each. The Burger King website states they have 18 grams protein and that is not truthful. The size of the chicken was the a knife cut size(3ā long x 1/2ā hide, maybe 1oz). It has gobs of dressing and the tomato was on the outside of the whole wrap. I tried to pay with a gift card and they said there was not anything in it, I called the number and it has a$10 balance.
Typically, when going through this store, there are no problems. I tried to call the store instead of doing this and the number is not correct.
The employees got you the 1 star only because they werenāt rude or anything. Although the lack of knowledge in drink sizes and failure with the food prepā¦..
