Would not purchase graded cards from this store. They try to sell CGC 10 cards at the market value of a PSA 10. They claim to use pricecharting as a tool but even when you prove the price should be different using pricecharting their response is "a 10 is a 10 doesn't matter the grading company" when this couldn't be further from the truth. They will not even negotiate on price to try to meet in the middle.
(Edit to business owner's response): I did not try to get five staff members to change the price for me. The first staff member I explained the situation to and she told me to return 30 minutes later to the store when someone who could help me further would be there. Once I arrived 30 minutes later, a different staff member approached me so I explained the situation to him. I showed both employees the PriceCharting app expressing my concerns and they both sided with me saying the price shouldn't be what it is because the slab was not PSA. They even confirmed it by looking up PriceCharting themselves on the work computer. Still at no point did I try to persuade anyone to change prices because I knew they had to relay the information further up. I was explaining what I believed the price for that particular card should be. A few hours later yes I did call the store because as you said some of your employees aren't knowledgeable in the aspect of graded cards and the differences between grading companies, and I wanted to speak with the owner in case there was a mix up in communication between them and Elijah (mind you I was not aware Elijah was an owner at the time of the phone call and the staff member was communicating with Elijah via a two-way radio instead of me being able to talk to Elijah in person face-to-face to explain my side of things). On the phone call, once again it was a different employee so I had to explain to him what I was calling for and that is when he gave the phone to the owner that I was aware of, Kim. Once again at no point did I try to convince 5 staff members to change pricing of cards. I had a 5% discount through the store and offered $200 cash for the cards I was interested in. The set price for the cards I wanted were 150 and 80 totaling 230 so with the 5% discount it would have been 218 so it was concerning to me that the owners would not budge off 18...
Read moreEven though my time in the area was short, the awesome experiences at Holo Haven made my time immensely enjoyable. Being a relatively new player to Magic, the community was welcoming and enjoyable to play with. The Saturday Commander tournaments were a blast and so was the MKM Pre-Release event I attended. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Specifically, Landon was able to answer most questions I had, give me sound deck building advice, and was overall was a great representative for Holo Haven.
If I ever find myself in the area again, I look forward to paying Holo...

Their website has a full calendar of events for many games including: Magic The Gathering, Pokemon, and others. This store is also the only store in the area to have bulk selection to look through for the trading card games. They have some of the best pricing and trade in value in the area.
