If I could rate 0 stars I would. Just waited an hour for food we were told would take 7 min. We were also told we couldn't have a receipt because there was no paper. 2, 3 piece meals with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. Nothing special. After an hour we were told that they still hadnt made our order. We were the only customer asked to park and wait another 10 minutes. After a further 30 minutes we again went to ask for our food and were asked to see our reciept. We told them we didn't get one and they told us there's no way to find our order or see if we paid. We are Caucasian and the woman in the drive through was African American as well as the other employees. I do feel like we were cast aside in a racist way. Not everyone can afford the luxury of eating out. I'm a cancer patient and my husband struggles to work enough to make us by. So eating out is a treat for us. Little do they know, they sent us away with no food at home and it was late enough from waiting so long, that no other place was open to get food. I will never eat at this kfc again. There's no reason for hateful and rude behavior. Whatever issues an emoyee has they need to leave that behavior at the door before they clock in. If this is a standard for your employees, I sincerely hope that this place goes...
Read moreI would first like to start off by saying that I never had a problem with this particular KFC. The manager and staff are usually nice and my food hot. However, last night on 11-26-2021 around 6:40 pm I only ordered a small fry. I checked the fries and they were warm. I asked the cashier may I have some fresh fries. She then yells to her manager Josie that I wanted fries dropped and asked me to pull forward. I pulled forward for about 10 minutes or so and still no fries. I walked up to the drive Thu window and knocked. When the cashier opened the window, I asked for a refund. As I am standing at the window waiting for my refund, I hear a female worker say, I don’t care nothing about it and just kept repeating how much she doesn’t care very loud. A gentleman came to the window (not sure why) but he didn’t know I was standing there, he just looked out the window. The manager and staff were very rude and unprofessional. No wonder the staff doesn’t care nothing about it, when the manager is the same way. I never had any problems when the male manager was working. Don’t give customers old food and then get a attitude when fresh food...
Read moreNice when you go into a restaurant that closes at ten p.m an hour before they close and they have everything pretty much shut down and they serve you cold food. When you complain they offer more cold food to replace the food you are returning.
This is something I just saw happen when I went for a fork and refill. Someone returned their fried chicken and was given chicken tenders (which is what I had and was served ice cold, didn't complain because I expected the food to not be great from past experiences). Sad thing is, they offered to throw it in the hot grease for a second to heat it up. The $2 for $6 deal isn't worth the money or hassle and you don't even get it...
