AVOID. AVOID. AVOID Avoid this Autobody shop. Pharo was paid close to $6k for repairs to my jeep. He had it for over 5 weeks, and on the day I came to pick it up, it wasn’t complete.. Pharo had my car for 40 days, for 20 hours worth of labor.

Headlight was not replaced. Alignment was not performed. Dent/scratches in door/hood/roof were not even touched. What had been painted, was never wet sanded. Trim not attached properly. All were paid for, but not repaired. 4 months later, promise after promise and my vehicle still is NOT repaired. Again today I was scheduled to have my car repaired. I arrived at noon, and was informed that I was ‘early’. He needed to go to the bank, and pretended to talk on his phone. We had words, and he left it at ‘he will make it up to me, and will see me in a FEW WEEKS. I can talk about how his holstered gun didn’t make an appearance today. But it did on Wednesday. And in February. And in December. And in November. Now, he wasn’t threatening me with his gun, he just has this need to make sure that I know, he is carrying. Mind games maybe? Regardless, Sometimes, an auto repair shop will do something wrong and not realize it. Maybe one of the workers doesn't care about quality, but the owner or manager does. In those cases, you can get the support you need by reaching out to the manager or auto repair shop owner for resolution. Then there are situations like mine: the shop knows they did it wrong. The owner knows he did it wrong. And there has been no resolution. No pride in their work. Run around, after run around. I took my vehicle to this shop because I trusted Pharo. We had used him several times in the past. I did not expect for him to take advantage of my trust in him, or our friendship. I wanted to leave a review about a review on this page left by a Christine Healey, if you check her reviews she only leaves 1 star for any business she does review. She took her car here because of the great job they did on her son’s truck which was basically totaled a few months prior. She was once my sister, and will leave a bad a review any time she gets a chance and will complain to try and get just about anything for free your typical Karen. The guys at body are great and go above and beyond to help whoever they can as soon as they can. I don’t think Christine understands there has been shortages on parts and other car things since this pandemic thing hit. If she isn’t in the front of the line she will complain till she bumped up. My parents told me to take my truck to this shop to get it repaired after it was hit while it was parked. They used them in the past and were very stratified and they are also a neighborhood shop and the owners live in the community. Randy and his great team repaired almost my whole driver's side of my truck and it looks as if it just rolled off the factory line. I couldn't tell what was new and original and that was a great thing!!! I was kept informed through the whole process and was told they were waiting on parts because they did not like what was sent to them and asked for replacements. They wanted my truck to be perfect for me and went extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. I will tell others to see them first before they go to other shops.
