Friends of Fluehr Park — Attraction in Philadelphia

This is a really nice, paved park. Plenty of parking and clean. However, in the past 3 times I’ve been here, there are people with their dogs off leash. I walk with my two dogs, leashed, and this causes stress to both them and me as no one wants an off leash dog running up to them. It does not matter how “friendly” your dog is or how well trained it is, KEEP IT ON A LEASH. Not all dogs or people are dog friendly. I don’t know why it’s so hard for people...

So the park in recent years has become dirty. There are no bathrooms, and during spring and summer, there is a porta potty but seems to be always padlocked. The pet owners have no regard for pets other than their own as dogs are always off the leash, which makes it difficult for responsible pet owners to walk their dogs without issues. Great park to walk but why does Google say it opens at 7:30 and it’s NEVER opened at that time? Where are we supposed to park when we want to access the park? This has been going on for almost a year now, gates don’t open until 8:30. Please fix this or have someone come early this...
