Frank Glavin Playground — Attraction in Philadelphia

I have been taking my kids to Glavin playground since they were born. My kids love it but its a shame the whole padding all around the playground is all tore up. The city really needs to fix the playground up. So many kids still go there to play everyday and i am so scared that a child is going to get hurt. Both of my kids also went to Glavin pre-school. The teachers there are great and so are the workers at the park. They keep the park so clean. I hope in the future the city fixes the playground up. That would be awesome for our kids in...

Nicely laid out wee park providing seats and two separate play areas, each probably designated for toddlers and older children. A huge attraction is the sea lion water jets edged around a colourful ground mosiac feature, obviously more suited for aqua fun during the hot summer months. Basketball court also nearby offering excercise and practice space for teenagers and older age groups. A little maintenance attention though may help to improve the overall ambiance and appearance of this popular...

Im very displeased with how this playground is looking lately its super dirty and the trash cans are full..I thought they had a grant to fix it up last year but I see that didn't happen also they have a sign that's says made possible by Philadelphia beverage tax???
