They sold me a cheap Chinese fan last year and I sold it to my customer. Next day my customer came back yelling at me saying fan cough on fire after 2 hrs of use. I gave money back to my customer immediately apologized. I tried to return the fan back to Grace World. They were very nasty about it and refused my return. I asked them if there is a manufacturer I can lodge a complain about these cheap non UL tested Chinese fans. They said they directly import them and they can't take it back.
