I went 1/20/22 I was trying to catch the sale I was disappointed upon arriving the store had a funny smell as I walked around and got closer to the meat section I realized what it was I wanted to buy the chicken and the hamburger however the chicken didn’t look good the hamburger for 149 a pound did so I bought 2 pounds but after reading the reviews I’m not sure I want to eat it I didn’t see any bugs in the meat case as other reviewers Stated however I really have to double check that hamburger also everything in the meat case was written in Spanish (I think)I don’t speak or read Spanish I think the store should invest in more bilingual employees to help out English-speaking customers this is very far from my house but close to my brothers that’s why I stopped in I’ll check out the circulars when visiting my brother but it’s not worth the trip from my house and I will never buy...

At first I was very happy shopping there because it had a lot of great prices especially for sodas, and it has a lot of culturally proportional foods there. Until one day I went in and although I was wearing a mask, the "stinch" and smell that was coming up from the basement door (it was wide open) was unbearable! They also have great prices on their eggs but the last time I bought eggs they tasted funny! not sure how to explain it. Never experienced that before since I am an egg head since childhood! I do go there from time to time, but I only get things such as soda, rice, boxed noodles etc. only because of the economical prices. The meat department even in that department claim they only speak Spanish and very rude and discriminating, when u speak with them they don't answer but starting talking to other Spanish speaking customer and laughing while they pretending they don't speak English and the owner when u speak to him he just blow it off and past u off to someone else, he dont even aplogized The young guy that work in the fish department is very professional and nice, he assist you when u purchasing fish, but the meat cutter are the worst and if we live in a country that does not speak only Spanish they should have someone there that speak English because everyone claim they only speak Spanish, there customer service...
