Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I ordered & paid thru the Little Caesars app, and it was a first going to this location. Upon arrival , i was given little guidance and no attention from anyone behind the counter. Luckily, the doordash drivers helped me figure out what to do since it was my first time at this location. The signage was vague and unclear for people who ordered and already paid thru their app I had submitted an order for a stuffed pretzel crust pizza, but I got the wrong pizza without a word or any explanation. Not told of the reason for switch by them in person or online and never credited the difference for receiving the cheaoer . Pizza was not just the wrong type of crust. It wasn't even a stuffed crust, let alone a pretzel crust. It was their cheapest crust. I also had to remind them about the desert bar I already paid for, too! Unfortunately, the atmosphere did not feel welcoming. I felt i was bothering their routine, so I didn't even bother to check my order until I got home. The entire experience was not good for me. Needless to say, I won't be going back to...

If I could give 0 stars I would. This order was completely unacceptable! I don’t know how they’re okay with serving food this way. I have never in my life received food so horrible from a pizza place EVER. First of all I didn’t even receive what I ordered. I ordered pepperoni pizza, Italian cheese bread and a side of crazy sauce. I got cheese pizza instead of Italian cheese bread and It looks like I was served food that was returned to them! The sauce that I PAID for was not even a quarter of the way full. It tasted horrible, Absolutely disgraceful and the people working here should be ashamed of themselves. I didn’t even eat the food and customer service has yet to return my call about a refund....

I'm not even mad i had to wait in line forever, or that there was one employee in the whole store working, but when I asked for a stuffed crust pizza they are talking about a 45 minute wait! Since when? Ever? For a carry out order? Idc if you gotta make the dough, it shouldn't take longer than 30 to make a carry out order. In the craziest of times. I've worked in just about every pizza chain there is. And the bread sticks always look like they aren't fully cooked. Can't even get like decent customer service while this guy is telling me it'll be almost an hour for my carry out order. Yall gotta pay your employees better this is getting so...
