I visited this salon it was a very bad experience. I went to get a blow out. I have never been burned before by a hairstylist. She burned me a couple times I let her know it was hot. I proceeded to place my hand on my neck because it was burning so bad. I told her how bad it felt. I took a picture then the stylist volunteered to take a picture also. She took the picture my skin was red in more than one place on my neck. I placed my hand on my neck because my hand was cool. I allowed her to finish because at this point she was almost finished. I told the lady that washed my hair I was burnt she argued me and said no you're not. I told her she was rude and should offer me ice or a cold cloth. Her response was we don't have that. I had a flight to catch so I could not return to the salon the next day. The pictures from the time it happened to an hour later my skin is burnt and still uncomfortable and hurting. I have been going to Leticia’s salon for over 12 year’s now. I have traveled from all areas of Philly just to come here. The service has never changed and the prices have only changed once that I’m aware of and I’m a regular customer. That says a lot about the owner. The energy is very welcoming every time I walk in the door. Everyone speaks and not just stare. I have never had to wait around to get my hair washed even with the steady flow of customer’s. The prices are unmatched compared to other salon’s. I recommend this salon often. Ally, Leticia salon has a customer for LIFE. Por la unica razon que yo le pongo 0 o menos es por que una de sus trabajaroras se robo mi perrita.. se escapo de la casa y cuando fui a reclamar ya que alguien me confirmo que una trabajadora aca se la habia encontrado esta misma me dijo que la habia llevado al spca pero cuando fui ahi me dijieron que nadie regreso una perrita con la misma description. Quiero aclarar! Esto no fue reciente fue en el año 2008 mas o menos cuando no se utilizaban las redes sociales pero hasta hoy en dia a mi me duele la Perdida de mi perrita el cual quizas hoy ya no vive pero vivo casi 15 años con mi corazon roto y todo a la mala experiencia en este sitio. Tenia 15 años y ha sido para mi dificil superar la perdida de mi princesa

Respuesta y aclaracion: Esto fue en el año 2008, yo fui personalmente con mi Madre al salon de belleza y hable con la tal trabajadora ella misma confirmo que si se encontro a mi perrita pero que ya ella no la tenia y que la habia llevado al SPCA el cual me mintio. Ella se la quedo y no quiso regresarla. No puedo confirmar si esta señora aun trabaja aca pero mi publicacion es para que sepan lo sucedido aqui y no los servicios de este salon, como no se de esta señora ni donde esta hoy en dia yo dejo este review para que si ella logra leerlo algun dia sepa lo mala...
