Got a gel pedicure and a full set (gel polish). This was my first experience here and I must say that I was completely satisfied. The young ladies are very pleasant and they don’t seem to rush your nails like most place. The woman who did my pedicure was pretty good, she just took very long and I would’ve liked my feet scrubbed a little more. The young lady Mar, who did my full set, was awesome! She was under the weather and still did an amazing job and was very quick. I got my nails done on May 14th, today is June 6 and I am just now needing a refill. They are talented ladies, but their customer service is horrible most of the time. I come here often because of the way they shape my nails, but the polish doesn’t last longer than a week. Shayla always does my nails , she does a good job for the most part but her attitude and mood varies depending on the day. If it’s not a good day for her please expect her face to be unpleasant the entire time and she’ll be texting on her phone for most of the time with little conversation to you. This is the best nail salon in Philly. I have literally been coming here for the last eight years and it’s always been a great experience. Shayla, Mar and Amy do a great job on your nails. From the music in the salon and the movies to the polish colors, and just the overall vibe you can’t complain. The customer service is amazing. I come every two weeks to get everything done, and sometimes I may miss a visit but I never cheat and my nails are always on point.
