Read moreParents check on your children here. They are a 4 star facility so they know how to put up a nice front but the staff aren't all professional and they are often out of ratio for the staff to child class requirements frequently throughout the day especially in the morning during drop off. They leave children unattended in the lobby area and for punishment they lock children .Who are 1-2 years of age in seats for sometimes over twenty minutes at a time. My child went there and received services through Child Link and upon learning of some of the things they were doing that aren't legal, becuase it is illegal to use physical restraints as a form of punishment in child care setting, I requested a meeting with the administrators. They made false promises and allowed the same teacher to continue to work with my child and treat him without professionalism becuase she was mad. They are unprofessional...
Read moreTYL 2 is a excellent child Care facility which lives up to its four star Montessori rating. Not only is the facility clean but the staff is very attentive to needs of every single child that enrolls into their program. I have personally worked for the company for about 5 years.
