I don’t mean to sound like Olive Garden, but really when you are at Papa Auto, you’re family. I was involved in a hit-and-run like two weeks after purchasing the car, I went to Papa auto after being highly recommended by my mechanic at first rate auto and truck. The accident happened during the week of Thanksgiving, and of course, all of the work needed to be done over the course of the holidays. To add insult to injury, I neglected to put full coverage on the car as a mistake. John Papa got on the phone with me, and he reacted like this happened to someone he knew and immediately, I felt I was in good hands. His daughters who work as a secretaries, sent me a fair estimate, with the cost of labor offset knowing that I’ll be paying out-of-pocket. And since all of this work was being done over Christmas and New Year’s, it took slightly longer than it would, but they kept me updated. We will communicate via email every few days about how the repairs are going and how parts are coming in. Even sent pictures of the progress which was super helpful. I can’t not say enough great things about this body shop! I brought my car in with damage around the whole car and as a young single girl I was nervous they were gonna try and take advantage of me and rip me off but instead they gave me a fair price for the amount of work I did not feel robbed at all. They finished my car so fast too and the body work and the paint was perfect!!! I honestly can not say enough great things about this place. The father and daughter made me feel like family from the minute I walked in the door. I would recommend this body shop to anyone who ever needs work done!! Thank you guys for all you do! Although I hope to not need work done again if I do this is the only place I would go from now on! Papa Auto Body was great to work with - I definitely have car maintenance anxiety, and they communicated clearly and professionally to help me through the repair process. They were very understanding as I waited for payment to come through my insurance, and helped me save some money too. Lastly, even though I was just getting a door panel repaired, it looked like they did a full detail of my interior without charging or making a big deal about it.
