Their customer service is terrible I ordered off of postmates they didn’t give me the correct food and I had items missing I couldn’t get in contact with postmates immediately so I called the store they told me to order off of their website and they would fix my order I ordered off the website and had to pay an additional delivery fee I called the store they promised to accommodate took my order down I waited 1.5 hours for my food to come just to not get my items that was missing from the first order nor did I get the free items that they promised me in the mean time the food that I did have got extremely cold. I called the store back they promised to have the owner return my call in which he didn’t. I called back the owner told me he would offer me a $10.00 credit as if I’m ever ordering from them again I told him I would rather receive a refund beings tho I got charged twice for delivery and still did not get my issues resolved after waiting 4 hours in total to eat my cold food. He then told me because of my attitude he’s not willing to do anything to resolve the issue. He doesn’t have any understanding or empathy for the customers who wouldn’t be upset if they waited four hours to get the wrong food twice spending extra unnecessary money when they could of ordered from somewhere else. I truly believe they are working under the influence online orders are printed out with instructions that they chose not to follow even down to the beverage I asked for a Sprite and they gave me a Pepsi you can not do what you want to do with other people’s hard earned money I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to a person with dementia that’s how bad the service is they do what they wanna do and give you what they want to give you and they don’t give you all of your items even if you...

I ordered 2 sandwiches and two fried appetizers. The apps were cold but fried perfectly, so it was a real shame. It took around an hour and a half for delivery to arrive and we really weren’t hungry by the time we received the order because we ate snacks while we waited we were that hungry. Only one of the sandwiches was tried, the other person fell asleep, I had the burger with bacon and onion. The bacon was all chopped up n mixed with the onion and that was just weird. The burger was hot, and it wasn’t terrible but the onion seemed old or something like extra pungent. It was 1:53 am when I got my order and I have a feeling that early in the night they don’t take that long to deliver. However I’ve ordered from them many times usually late at night and never gotten fried food that was still hot when it got to me. This is the place you want to get some fast grub overnight if you're in the Grays Ferry/Point Breeze area for sure! They do wonderful business and are very polite! I'm a police officer that works overnight in the area and I will either pick-up or get delivery. They have never once disappointed me! I usually order the 3 or 5 piece chicken fingers and maybe a side of mac & cheese bites or onion rings. Every time I come in to pick up my order, they always offer a free water and that's very nice of them! They always seem to have really good business and I'm guessing that's because of how good their food is!
