Well im a truck driver i gave a 1 star but truly its really a "0" star if i could..i showed up at the gate I was in line to go through their gate to get unloaded.. i was on a load with no fee information on the dispatch side..The guy at the gate told me there was a fee of 35 dollars and they only took cash and he then told me I had to leave the line and I said let me try to resolve the issue because I was unaware of the fee he them proceeded to call security and security told me to move while I was on the phone with dispatch one of the guys "security" said what the "blank blank" did you say I said im not talking to you then security said your lucky I dont rip you out of your truck so I told him I not talking to him I was talking to my dispatch well let me just say your security gaurds are rude and unprofessional ..threatening customers for a small feeling of power..when someones at your gate has to get out pepper spray to feel safe that's when you should consider and New security guard do over..maybe do better next time..don't threaten people its very unprofessional also no one wants a response of sorry you feel that way or if there is anything we can do to help please let us know ..well ya there is actually you should fire your security and replace them with someone who can actually not threaten me and whoever else they...

Had a delivery here for Colonial Produce, 6AM appointment, got here at 4:30AM took 1.5 hours to get in gate. Gate fee $35, called Colonial Produce, to get door assignment, man who answered phone very rude just says to dock on any door from B13-B18, no further instructions given. Once on the door go into B entrance, had no clue where to go from there. Called number again same guy very rudely say bring bills to him without say where he is then just hangs up. Went inside B entrance asked random worker for Colonial was at and he was very helpful, showed me where to go. Once inside B entrance walk straight to the door go inside warehouse and continue to walk straight through the other door and turn right. Go down to B7 and you will see a desk, man at desk was the rude man on phone, gave him papers and told him what door I was on and he grabbed papers and walked away. Another worker politely tells me when we are done we will bring your papers out to you. This place is a zoo. Fast unloading, about an hour and unloaded,...

This place is not 24 hours as stated on Google. It actually opens at 7pm until morning. It cost $1 for cars to enter the facility. Make a right turn after the security gate and park in the parking spaces under the shed. Keep track of your parking space (As, Bs,Cs etc) they'll ask for it when Hauling your produce to your car. Excellent produce variety. Staff are helpful, they haul your produces to your car. They accept cash only. Speak to the person seated in the booth and tell them what you want. They will tell you the price and bring it out to you. I suggest you price around the facility first before deciding on which vendor to buy from because prices varies. Wear a jacket because it is cold in there, it's like walking in a freezer. I highly recommend this place. I got several boxes of fruits and vegetables for $150, it would have cost me almost $600 - $800 at a regular...
