Minchgirl African restaurant/Dry Rice only — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Stopped here after flying into Philadelphia airport and convincing my parents it was a good idea to try African food, which I really enjoy. This area is residential and although I mistaken thought the address next door was the business, was told quite abruptly that I wasn't welcome.
