Horrible horrible horrible just horrible I've was in the process of purchasing 2 items From them and when I went to go purchase the items. On February 17th, the the 2 items must be called smore. So they charged me for $70.62. When the cashier told me that I owed $20 more. I just told him to cancel the transaction completely.He never did and never gave me a receipt showing that he had canceled the entire purchase.So when I look onto my bank app , they said that I was Charged Seventy dollars sixty two cents so with that being said I called The next. Day saying Hey, my card has been charged. I'm gonna need a refund because I was I'd never got the item that was charged for the $70.62. So when I came there, what was that on Tuesday? The guy who was there, he had a revinasty attitude. He's talking about. Is too early in the morning, which was only 10 o'clock, which is never too early. People drink at 10 o'clock in the morning. Then he also had an attitude because he had to refund me.My $70.62.And when I told him the situation in the story he seemed confused If I tell you that I went into the store was about to purchase 2 items and only $70.62 was taken from off my car and I'm showing you proof that it was taken from off my card. How does that sound confusing? So I definitely give them one star if I could. I would definitely give them 0 because of the nasty attitude of the one guy and they was giving me a run around saying that come in after 10 PM. And then the other said come in at 10 in the morning. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had in a store of any kind. From the moment I walked into Venus Video Adult Superstore, the staff member with the strong accent treated me like a criminal instead of a paying customer. He followed me around every aisle, hovering over me as if I was stealing, which was not only insulting but incredibly uncomfortable.

I came in prepared to spend good money, but instead of being offered help or even basic respect, I was accused of taking pictures, which I absolutely was not doing. When I explained myself politely, he acted like nothing was wrong and then told me I needed to leave. Imagine being ready to invest in expensive products only to be told to get out for no reason. This is harassment, plain and simple.

His behavior was rude, hostile, and completely unprofessional. Customers should feel comfortable shopping here, not treated like suspects under constant surveillance. If management allows this kind of treatment to continue, they are going to lose a lot of business. I will never return and I strongly warn others to avoid this store until they hire staff who understand how to treat customers...

Honestly really like this place! They have a great selection of items for reasonable prices. Clerks are relatively friendly. The video booths ($10 to enter the room, no time limit/tokens) are fairly clean, considering where you are. Some of the booths don’t have working audio, and it can get stuffy in the summertime.

I come here to “get my tank filled” if you know what I mean, and I’ve left happy several times. :) I’m a woman and feel safe enough here although it can be a little intimidating when there’s a lot of guys in the video room looking for fun. The room has paper towels and hand sanitizer at the front as well.
