I had a 7pm appt. Before scheduling my appt I let the tech and agent know about my permanent piercings. They still scheduled me. I have had PLENTY of MRI through temple throughout there campuses and was never turned away. I got there at 6:45 and no one was in sight. Had to ask the main lobby for assistance. Once I get back there the lady refused to do my exam and I explained to her that I have had plenty of these exams done with temple. She said she saw in the system that I have had plenty of MRI done through temple and still REFUSED!!! The techs were already on their way out the door when I came walking in. I was the last appt of the night and they REFUSED to do my exam. I needed this exam done and they refused to do my exam! This is one of the worst hospitals in Philadelphia and itâs so sad that this is the only hospital that is in the city that is available with these services. The woman was extremely rude because he did not understand medical terminology. A woman named Brittany finally made his appointment yesterday. We get here today and theyâre saying they have no record of him. Heâs been fasting for over 8+ hrs at this point !! Terrible Hospital!!! All the md are students who donât know their a** from their head. The staff are undertrained on customer service and feel entitled because they have a job but donât want to do it. I had a terrible experience with this place. Despite my doctor providing all the necessary information, they managed to get the indication of my order wrong THREE TIMES! Itâs incredibly frustrating that something as simple as processing an order correctly could be so mishandled, even by a doctor. I expected more accuracy and attention to detail from a medical service, especially when they are misdiagnosing patients. At the very least, they should have employees with basic medical terminology knowledge. If they are still unsure about what to put in the order, they should ask a supervisor or the ordering provider.
