I originally went in to get my nails done by the daughter because she did my nails before and she was really good, but she already had a client so I settled for letting her mom do my nails. I wasn’t satisfied with my service at all.

For starters, she was being rough while she was drilling my nails so I said something to her. Mind you, she was doing this while looking back and forth at whatever she was watching on her phone. Instead of apologizing, focusing and taking her time, she continued to be rough, was rushing me to give her my hand, and kept yanking my hand. She had an attitude and was being passive aggressive the entire time, shaped my nails however she wanted to, and didn’t give apply the color I asked for. My nails don’t look crazy, but they could’ve been better to say the least.

To put the icing on the cake, she charged me extra. How I know? Because I came in with an overlay and I asked for a refill. She received a call asking for the same service and she told them $35 but charged me $40. I’m not the type to make a scene plus I had my kids with me so I kept it cool, but I won’t be returning for the simple fact that she was unprofessional and she’s the owner.

Update: I've been having consistent monthly appointments with Kim (the daughter), and I look forward to it every time. First of all, my designs hardly ever chip, I never had a broken nail, and all I need when i come in is a fill. Her sets LAST, 3 weeks minimum, but i have gone up to 6 weeks (was busy and couldn't come in) and still only had the design grow out. She has helped me get out of my comfort zone and try colors and designs other than black or dark colors. Each time, my designs out-do the previous one. My designs have been so nice that even my co-workers love when I show my new set. And my pedicures! I leave feeling like I'm walking on clouds. She has kept my nails healthy and strong.
