Ginsburg Health Sciences Library — Attraction in Philadelphia

a few days ago(before the fall semester) I approached the information desk to ask a question, there was a young lady bit overweighted looking of Asian ethnicity (I'm sorry which I don't know her name and I have to give some info to specify her bcz other staffs are very nice and polite, I don't want any misunderstanding happens), she refused to tell me her name nor worn any badge! while I was talking, she cut me in the middle, yelled at me in a very harsh and unfriendly way, and asked me why you are not wearing a mask? I said pardon me?! she manipulatively put her hand on her mouth and said I'm talking about your mask!! where is it?! It's mandatory to wear your mask all the time inside any building, you don know that?! I said no I didn't know that. I thought inside buildings got the optional policy for masks except for hospitals. then she turned mad and threw a sign at me and said look at this sign, it’s been here for a year which tells people to wear their masks. the point is my mask was on my desk, I didn't wear it because the maintenance was working on the ceiling and it was hard to hear each other, I thought it's helpful to let her see my mouth while I'm talking. I felt it was better to leave the library rather than wear a mask in a harassment situation. I was so upset because she embarrassed me in front of everyone. In the evening when she left I came to the library(WITH MASK ON) I asked the staff to visit the evening supervisor to let her know my feeling, and the senior lady told me: wow! she won't like it, she is not the fan of people with the complaint. the staff came out of her office and said. ma'am, she refused to talk with you as I told you she is not a fan! however, I can give you her email if it helps. I said yes and later on, I sent her an email and told her how amazing their library is and I got great scores in USMLE with the help of their library and their nice staff meanwhile I explained what happened and I received a very cold response from her side as I expected. The next day, I saw a big sign on the front door of the main lobby of Lewis Katz medical school which warned: we no longer accept guests in our library do not approach. sorry!
