Update 9/1: After about five months of living here, I have to agree with the other negative reviewsâthings have noticeably declined. Early on, it felt like everything was kept running smoothly to attract new residents, but since then the quality has dropped off.
For example, one of the parking gates was broken for months, and at one point the other gate was also out of service for several days, leaving residents with a very inconvenient workaround. The lobby is often not well-maintained, and Iâve unfortunately had packages stolen from inside the building.
On top of that, many of the amenities that were advertised or implied still arenât in place. Outdoor areas are bareâno grills, no umbrellas, and little to make the spaces usable or welcoming. This feels especially disappointing given that several newer complexes in the neighborhood not only offer better amenities but also maintain them more consistently.
To be clear, this is in no way a reflection on Mikaila, Terreance and Kevin, who work extremely hard to keep things running and are always responsive to maintenanc/any other requests. Theyâre excellent and always friendly and caring but clearly overworked. Things also felt much safer when the nighttime security guard, Kevin, was still on staffâbut management apparently cut that position due to âbudget,â which is surprising given the high cost of living here.
I moved into the Weaver in April and so far it has been great! My apartment is beautiful but more importantly everyone that works here is extremely helpful, responsive and kind. Mikaila, Terrence and both Kevins are just the best. I really hope they keep nighttime Kevin on as well because he rocks. I had an issue with my dishwasher and it was fixed the same day. I hope to stay here for...
Read moreHonestly, im not happy about moving in here. For starters, these reviews are fake. Most of the reviewers have 1 review and its for this place! Things break around here way to often for this to be a new building. The gym hasn't had a/c since I moved in. They are always saying, "someone's coming in to fix it". Im still waiting and I moved in June 30th! They advertise community washer and dryer on their website, they still haven't installed it. I have to leave home when I want to clean my comforters because the washers and dryers they have in the apartments are too small, its extremely inconvenient. They are surrounded by apartment buildings with similar pricing and 3 months free rent promotions. You would expect them to try and stand out with their amenities, but I honestly dont think they care. They just want to fill units and figure everything else out after it seems. The only thing nice about this place was the maintenance guy, Terrence. Any problem, he fixed it right away and went above and beyond for you. He no...
Read moreIâve been living at the Weaver apartments for a short time now, and I can honestly say I love it here. The apartment itself is fantasticâspacious, well-designed, and just feels like home. From the moment I started the process of moving in, the property manager, Mikaila, made everything so smooth and stress-free. Sheâs been incredibly helpful, patient, and kind, answering all my questions with a smile and guiding me through every step. Itâs rare to find someone so genuinely dedicated to making sure tenants feel comfortable and heard.
On top of that, the one time I had to submit a maintenance request, I was blown away by how quickly it was handled. The response was prompt, and the issue was fixed efficientlyâno hassle, no delays. Itâs clear that the team here cares about keeping the property in great shape. Overall, Iâm so happy with my experience at Weaver and canât recommend it enoughâhuge thanks to Mikaila for making it such a positive...
