Let me start off by saying that I frequent this place at least once a week because their chips and Pico de Gallo are amazing. However, today's experience was horrendous and makes me question if I'll ever go again. I paid for my chips and pico but immediately dropped the Pico from the counter. A complete accident. The woman showed no empathy towards the situation and didn't try to help me clean up the mess. Instead, a lovely customer helped me. When I politely asked if I could have another Pico given the situation and how often I come I hoped she'd cut me a break. Nope! She also yelled at the customer who was also trying to come to my defense. She scoffed at the idea despite my plea. Instead, sure suggested I buy another $7 pico. Went here for a quick take out dinner with my boyfriend last week and was so pleasantly surprised that we are planning another visit soon, The Blue Corn Chips are by far the best crunchy and hot and spicychips I've ever had. Seasoned to perfection! Everything tasted fresh and their prices were excellent.
