My husband and I both love to cook. We frequent the Italian Market for specialty items (gouda cheeses, olives and special oils). Yes, you can get these items elsewhere, but spice it up a bit with the extra flavor. My husband is the pasta maker in our house and loves the variety. Additionally, there are seafood markets and meat markets that will give you cuts the way you like em. Tried bone marrow from one of the shops and the hubby said that it lived up to the hype.
