I have been getting breakfast and lottery for about months. Last Thursday I got a blt.left store to get to work and the bag tore sandwich dropped on busy street and car ran over. I called jim and asked if it could be replaced I can even pay half. He said I don't. Make the bags. Duh! I just wanted customer care, empathy. 10 dollars busted and lost a customer and future customers. We all need each other. It would not have cost him to be empathetic. Word of mouth can...
