We were saved by the wonderful people at A-1 Leasing. We had a terrible experience with Phoenix Car Rental (WORST RENTAL COMPANY EVER). We called A-1 after turning around and coming back to Phx only 1 hr into our vacation with a fully packed 12-15 passenger van from Phx. Car Rental that was breaking down. The lovely folks at A-1 found a 2019 Ford Transit van for us in under an hour!! They expressed their concern for our unfortunate situation with the other company, and got us on the road in no time. The entire staff at A-1 were professional and helped turn a terrible start to a vacation into a very memorable and safe one that we will remember for years to come. If we ever need a 12-15 passenger van, we will rent from A-1 and I recommend you do too. Dave at the lot, even helped clean the other company's van before we returned it so we would not be charged a "cleaning fee!!" That is amazing customer service. Thanks...

A1 Van Rental is THE best! Not only are they friendly, pleasant to deal with, but they are also very flexible, accommodating, and polite. They answer their phone and respond to emails extremely fast. I am a college baseball coach and we had some dates move around due to a flight cancellation. A1 not only helped us to ensure we had vans for our team, but communicated back to us promptly. This was also during their busiest part of the year. They, by far, exceeded my expectations. I cannot say enough good things about them. We highly recommend this company they are professional and have an amazing fleet of vehicles to rent. We run a small family own airport shuttle & scenic tour company in Phoenix and Sedona and on occasions had to rent additional 15-passenger vans to accommodate our larger groups of 30+ customers going to the Grand Canyon; Sedona and Upper / Lower Antelope Canyon Tour. The folks in the front desk are absolutely amazing & get you in & out in whiplash seconds.
