Truly a horrible experience overall looking at how long I've been going here, to start with for the first I would say 6 months I would always get the number 15, and never knew until I got a different cashier at the window and she said it came with a drink and asked what I wanted, it had always been the same girl I had gotten at the window up until that point, so I was kinda upset, but kept coming due to the relitive distance from my house and omw home from work. From that point on, I had to keep reminding an EMPLOYEE that a drink came with my meal or else she wouldn't give it to me. Mind you, the price doesn't change at all getting the drink. Last week I had gotten off work super late and ran by to pick up dinner on the way home, and I did same thing tonight, when I pull up to the window I pay for the food I just ordered, its the same lady that didn't give me my drink for monthsss on end, she starts saying she charged me for the wrong order last week demanding I pay the rest of that order too, holding the food from me that I just ordered and already paid for, I tell her that's not my fault, I didn't notice she charged me incorrectly at all, and she just kept arguing saying I'm lying and continuing to refuse to give me the meal I just paid for, I then just ask for a refund for the food I just paid for since she won't give it to me, and she refuses that too!! I then say I will call the cops. After 5 more minutes of arguing while dialing the non-emergency number, she finally gave me my food, minus the sour cream I paid for. Being a MANAGER at my own food service establishment, I think this is absolutely insane behavior to see and possibly the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. Never have I ever done that to a customer at my workplace, much less a regular customer, I had been coming here weekly for over a year, and at this point I'm proud to say tonight was the last time I will EVER return here. To be more specific it's a middle aged woman, wears her hair in a bun, works late nights daily it seems, and (truly not trying to be mean) sounds like she talks with her mouth...

I'd been at the storage unit where I cleaned up a bit and made it to my interview, and visited what I hope will become the new home for Stewart's Catering Services and The Second Chance Community. My phone battery was low and a storm was coming in but I was determined to eat a good meal before I went to my current living arrangement. I chose the Carne Asada burrito and fries two separate meals, with a large Dr Pepper easy ice with a refill and Sat on their pickup bench,ate the burrito with extra sauce and waited for the storm. It was a wonderful meal and man was it tasty and deliciously juicy WOW š². I packed the Carne Asada Fries into my Walmart carrier bag and wandered off into the storm happily free and full. Ā Ā Ā Read moreThere's a woman working on drive thru at 11:45am on 9/7/23, very rude, didn't understand me, I asked a simple request for no tartar sauce on the fish taco. She didn't understand what tartar sauce was (I even explained to her it's the white sauce that they put on there that I don't want it on there) so to make herself feel better about not understanding and not hurt her pride she rejected my order. I asked her what time she works there so I can avoid coming when she works since I ordered there before and they were able to take the tartar sauce out. Apparently, she didn't answer! So, instead of just asking for someone who understands me to help out she just told me off. So, I said LEARN ENGLISH...
