My laptop battery port was broken. So I went to his place to repair my laptop. I believed him and I gave my laptop to fix it and I went to office. After few days I noticed that he installed some spyware and he used to login remotely to my laptop and was checking my emails and other personal data. As I installed some spyware detector I was able to track his activities. Be cautious when give laptop to him. Don't allow him to take laptop inside his home. He will come after 20 mins if he go inside his home. What ever repair it is just ask him to fix the repair in front of you and don't go any where else until he fix the issue else your personal data will be steal with out any knowledge. Either I am not his competitor or a hardware engineer. I am a software engineer. He has good knowledge in hardware fix but he has to use it in the right way to grow his business. After reading the reviews and based on my experience, Ravin is the go to guru when needing any PC needs or repair. I called Ravin Monday afternoon needing a battery replacement for my GF daughter's Macbook air. After a conversation about my time constraints, and the very time consuming nature of removing a Macbook air's glued down battery, he told me if I dropped it off that afternoon...he'd start on it very early in the morning before a busy day traveling.
