I'm not happy with the service of this place just a couple of hours ago today. I invited people to eat here for the first time and it will be the last time I come back. Ivette is the casher I had paid for my food and i went to my seat to eat and i noticed i was missing my proportion of Angus steak so I went to ask Ivette the casher she didn't have costumers to help me to get my side of Angus Steak that i was missing and she told me you go told them i look over to the line and there was people doing their order and i ask Ivette again can you told them because i can not go there if people are in line so i can not cut the people in line and she did not did nothing just ignored me so i went and ask the lady with black shorts which i assumed is the manager her name is Ei and I asked her are you the manager she said yes and I explained the situation how Ivette was giving me a bad attitude and she just told me what is your side and I told her my side is Angus Steak and how Ivette made the portion of my food all veggies i barely even had angus steak in anything about 4 small pieces i am asking for augus steak not veggies which logically you should get more steak then veggies im not asking for much i just want a fair portion as i am paying. i did not said anything because my friends was already in the table eating also they have my 4 eggrolls and Ivette said when they are done making i give to you and we finish eating. The eggrolls never made it to my table me and my friends were already finished eating and i went to ask for my food still it was not ready i asked Ei the manager again you guys have bad service and she did not apologize instead my wife saw she gave me a bad look by rolling her eyes when I turned over my friends had also seen her rolling her eyes to me. Not only is she the manager but she is also an example on why her employers give attitude to costumers the fact that she didn't even try to turn my already bad experience I am not asking for top tier service just a fair service sad to say my friends and I wont be going back...
Read moreBeen going to panda express for years always get to Beijing beef made fresh. Even the people that work there now besides the new people asked to have them make it fresh for me. This time was pretty much told no ask for the manager manager gave me a rude remark when I told him that I was gonna write a bad review he pretty much wished himself that I would write this so I just let you know yours go by People change I understand, but they should still provide the best service they can and the same service because I bet you guys didn’t know they’ll cook everything fresh for you if you just have to ask And they wouldn’t do it for me so I banned this panda express and I go back to the old one over by my work instead of this one sorry panda you guys used to be the best now you guys are the worst thank you wow I should’ve read the reviews. Read moreI visted 5/30/18 at approx 5pm and I have to say I was IMPRESSED by the level of customer service I received by all of the staff but primarily Judith. I was asked politely if I'd like to wait for a fresh batch of Sweet Fire Chicken Breast. I said yes and waited what Was longer than usual bjt they were swamped, I understood. Judith however kept me informed and gave me a drink half way thru the wait and an appetizer for my son. What impressed me was how attentive she was. Not just to the customers she was serving while in her station but of the customers she had already served. I got my food and left after thanking her. Once I got home however I realized that the large order of Honey Walnut Shrimp was severely dry. I called and the problem was rectified without hesitation. Apparently a new cook only added half the amount of sauce. I drove back and I was served a fresh order with the correct amount of sauce but more importantly They let me know What the problem was and how they fixed it. So I didn't feel as if i was one of those snobby super picky cutomers that complain about everything. Honestly,the whole experience was refreshing.
