Filibertos Mexican Food — Restaurant in Phoenix

We order 2 Beef enchilada platters with rice and beans. Through You ordered it through Uber eats. When placing the order online, the ingredients for the beef enchilada platter with rice and beans is not available. When we received our platters by delivery, to our surprise, we had nearly no meat in our beef enchiladas. Instead it was a pile of onions, green peppers, red peppers as shown in the picture. We called to inquire about a refund. We explained the situation to the lady that answered the phone. She pretended to not know English and did advise us that we did not put in specific instructions that we did not want all of this in our enchiladas. We had never ordered this from Filbertos before. We eat at Mexican Food Restaurants often. We have never seen anything of this sort in an enchilada. Typical would be meat and maybe some onions in there and red sauce on top. The facility representative was extremely rude and told us That we needed to put in a request to not have the vegetables in there. She was a Hispanic lady that does not have any respect. Customers nor our situation. This is not the first time that we have ordered from this location. Had a similar situation with the previous order many months ago. I would not recommend ordering from this location. They are disrespectful do not care about customers and who in their right mind puts this many vegetables in a enchilada. They are refusing to give us a refund. To the lady that answered our call you really need Learn Customer Service and stop pretending to not speak English and when we ask you to talk to a supervisor, you need to give us a supervisor. $38.98 we spent on...

This is absolutely the worst Filly B's I have ever experienced..... Where do I start... ordered my food and the, what looked like 10 year old, took my debit card and tried running it through the card reader. After multiple attempts, she tried flipping it over. Not how you think a person would turn it over, but literally flipped it over so that she was holding the debit stripe trying to swipe it. Dumbfounded, I said I don't think it will work like that she said "well it wasn't working the other way ". When that didn't work, shocking I know, I went and got cash. Then I gave her my order again. She messed it up numerous times to the point I had to walk her through exactly what I wanted, ingredient by ingredient. Then while waiting I had some chips... tasted absolutely terrible. after 15 minutes for 3 burritos, I took my order and left. Once I got home the order was wrong. I will never be going to this...

Went there last night and they tried to charge me $19+ for two bean and cheese burritos. Filiberto’s website says a bean and cheese burrito is $5.43. This location claims that it is only for beans and tortilla, and that they up charge for cheese to be added. Which I am assuming is a $2.50-$3 up charge. Which is not accurate with the Filiberto’s website. Same issue with most location. No one is on the same page with prices. Best time to go is on Wednesday’s when they have their bean and cheese burrito on special. (They still up charge for cheese, but it’s a lot cheaper) One thing I really like from the location is the red sauce. It is so good, spicy, and flavorful compared to other location. All in all, $19+ for two tortillas, beans, and cheese is straight up outrageous. I just left. Figure it out...
