Circle K — Local services in Phoenix

I’ve stopped visiting this location due to the lack of professionalism of one of their employees. I’m not sure of what her name is but she is a young African American and claims she has been working there for a year. Here are some of the things I’ve experienced.

1. I understand everyone needs a break but to take a break at rush hour (with a sign that says gone for an hour while she sits outside to watch people go the door and say it’s closed) is just ridiculous.
2. she refuses to use or honor circle K’s new discount card. When I asked her why she said she was never taught how to use it and that I should visit the other locations to use it.
3. I went to re-load a Cashapp card she also refused to do that transaction. When I looked in the Cashapp app to see where I could reload the card this circle K popped up. Of course I get there and she sends me somewhere else because she says they don’t offer that service there. I later learned that was not true and that card can be reloaded at that location.

This employee is either lazy or is not trained correctly. Either way it doesn’t seem she cares to even learn. I told her I have done both things at that location before and she just shrugged her shoulders and said well...

What store is pretty clean considering it's a high-traffic area. Employees were pretty nice. average for convenience store. They are not near as efficient as quick trips. That company's got their act together. You're always acknowledge when you walk in, the employees at the registers multitask sometimes checking out to people at a time and the stores are always pretty clean. Anyway, I forgot my lunch today and I was real hungry so I stopped in for a few gallons of gas and try it out there what they call taquitos, 2 for $4.. never again. Absolute rip-off. First of all they're very greasy. Second is they only have probably a half a teaspoon of meat in them. And finally, they're just way too expensive for the little tiny amount of food you get. You're not even getting served like in a restaurant. Never...

You would think pumping gas would be an stress free event. But the pump that I used indicated to pay inside...I needed to fill the tank before returning the car. So they told me to pay (credit card) more money than I thought it was needed and the difference would be put back in my account. I payed $30 and when I went back to the pump , it was not working..,.so they refused to give me the credit back and I had to pay an additional $24.66 !!! So I would not miss my flight UPDATE: The $30 were refunded.. So changing the review from 1 to 3 stars. Still very disappointed with the attitude....they suggested a couple of times that I may have pumped the initial $30...
