This is the worst furniture place I have ever went to I bought beds and couches from this place full in cash and they sold me beds that supposedly were good and sturdy and this types of beds are bad made the legs break easily and don’t have enough support I’m so mad they been saying they were going to fix It and Ernesto told me it’s not worth it !!! VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Walked in looking for a new bed on 5-18 and the lady working there was too busy doing her hair to help me in making the right selection. Never once introduced herself or asked me if I needed any help. Took my business to Mega furniture and somebody greeted me as soon as I walked through their door! She walked me through the whole process! Cashed out $3000 dollars on a new bed! GET YOUR EMPLOYEES TRAINED ON CUSTOMER SERVICE AND YOU WONT LOOSE ANY MORE...

i rarely (never) write reviews about furniture stores, however, this was by far the best experience i've had at any business in a long time. Sherif, who helped me, was beyond helpful, friendly, & assisted me in finding everything i needed to furnish my livingroom. The other employee Assani was so nice as well.
