EDIT: About a year later, I had to come back and confirm just how good of a decision building my rig with these guys was. With all of the controversy over the new graphics cards being launched right now, I'm so insanely thankful these guys talked me into buying a 7900 XTX. Such an unbelievable card and I never would have considered it for a single second if these guys didn't talk me into spending LESS money.

THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST! Seriously, stop searching for a company to help you build your PC. I promise, you won’t find anybody better than these guys. Everything written in the reviews about them is 100% true. If you’re not the kind of person who feels the need to assemble their own rig, you’d literally be doing yourself a disservice by not using these guys.

When I first decided I was going to build a PC, I never considered a store like Flying Phoenix. I assumed they’d be selling overpriced and underperforming hardware because 99% of the time, that’s what PC builders do. But a friend recommended them and told me to at least stop in to show them my parts list and get some advice.

Before I went into the store, I decided to price out a few of their rigs independently. I was seriously shocked to see that it would actually be cheaper to have these guys do the ENTIRE build than it would be to order all of the parts myself. You can verify yourself. The build I got, for example, would have cost me about $100 more to buy the parts myself. And then I’d still have to assemble it.

I went in really liking one of the pre-builts on their website, but wanting to make a few changes. The guy I worked with actually ended up talking me down to cheaper options multiple times, which is why when he recommended a small upgrade on the MOBO, I didn’t even hesitate to take his word for it.

Flying Phoenix PC's was an amazing experience. I had PC problems (purchased from another vendor in 2020) and had diagnosed the problem down to a Mother Board and decided to upgrade everything but the CPU and the GPU. Low and behold the computer didn't work right. I was distressed and I turned to the experts. Flying Phoenix was very patient in listening to the work I had performed and asked great questions to help diagnose the issue. They walked me through their troubleshooting process and laid out the possibilities of what the repairs could be from a minimum impact to a worst-case scenario. They made sure they would notify me before any decisions were required and I appreciated their care and sensibility. In short order they had diagnosed the problem. It took less than an hour, and they offered me multiple options to proceed. They even offered me a quality used component at an amazing price that was actually a substantial upgrade. They went out of their way to ensure I was informed. They gave me every opportunity to weigh in on any course of action, and they went out of their way to help me not just fix my pc but enhance it. They had given me multiple quality solutions and I felt genuinely valued and that we were on the same team. Not only was the customer service 2nd to none, but the PC"s on display, the cleanliness and layout of the store and sheer volume of quality components on display were staggering. I hadn't seen that many parts since FRY's Electronics was in its prime. They took the time to show my 13 yr old son a killer new build they had made, and when it came time to check out, they had my PC in their media room and walked me through the repairs and showed me all the work performed and the final results. AMAZING. Will definitely be back, and my next PC for my kids or myself will be a Flying Phoenix PC, so glad to find a quality local builder/service...

Such an excellent buying experience can't be under valued here. What shining rock stars that work here! They clearly love working with computers and they are great speaking with (potential) customers.

We made an appointment for a custom build online and then we arrived early for our appointment with a list of things that felt important to us in the new computer that I wanted to be gaming with.

From the moment we walked into the welcoming space and were greeted by Kat, to talking with Kale, and then Roxy - we were impressed with just the friendly, laid back, knowledgeable, no-hassle experience!

Don't ever worry that they don't know what they're doing because their professional knowledge of the PCs that are in their showroom to what we were looking for from our list was TOP CLASS. They asked us questions, they explained what could be built and what they already had in stock to pick up and take home the very same day if we chose to do that. There were no hassles or pressure, it was up to us what we wanted to do.

Kat talked to us about the current PC landscape of AIO water cooled units (it's been a while since we've been computer shopping), Kale was quite helpful talking us through the benefits of upgrading the CPU in the current prebuilt system based on the CPU we wanted on our list, and Roxy provided excellent OS walk-through as we were checking out.

The team was able to get us what we were looking for AND upgrade the CPU before the end of their work day so that we could pick it up on a Saturday so that I could game with it on the day that they are closed on a Sunday! I was so happy and thrilled with this experience, I had to tell you all about it.
