My daughters and I were very excited to find a new haunt with good reviews. The concept of a more immersive story with actual actors sounded great and I was initially more than happy to pay $25 per person, that's about two movies right? We really really wanted to like this place, unfortunately, it fell flat. While the spacing of groups was well-done, the majority of the experience was in walking from one room to the next being stopped by a character who would ask you questions. You would then continue to the next room, and encounter the same thing. The story started with an experimental drug gone wrong, but then divulged into an uncohesive storyline of zombies, circus, wizards fighting the devil...I understand purposeful confusion or the impression of drug-induced "tripping" but this was not it. The props and quality of the setup was similar to a neighborhood walk-through and unfortunately the entire thing was very short. There is also nothing else accompanying this haunt (food, vendors, outside imagery) such as fear farm, scare grounds and other such places. Everyone has to start somewhere I guess, but I would give this place a couple years and pay the same amount for one of the other...

The staff were incredibly kind and gave us VIP tickets due to there being some technical issues. They told us there were issues as we walked in. Cast asked us questions and stuff which was cool.
The bad: We waited for about a half hour to get in, they only let groups in every 5 minutes which is nice when you’re in it, but a very very short line takes a long time. It took about a half hour to let in 25 people. The experience itself feels very low budget, kind of reminded me of when neighbors would create their own haunted houses in their backyards. The theme did not make any sense, it began with “taking a medicine that makes you stronger/better” but then you’re visiting a grandmas house, and then fighting the devil? The last room you could clearly see through the curtains into just a regular office building,
Overall, it was opening night so a few bumps are to be expected, but for $50, it was...
Read moreThis is a beautiful example of what horror can be without resorting to cheap gimmicks. If you like horror with great story telling this is for you. Now keep in mind this review comes from a person who does not handle horror very well and had to leave before I could complete the adventure.
The theming and actors were fantastic a great ballance between being horror and setting a stage. The actors were fantastic and full of energy for their roles. The interactions really helped immerse in the experience.
Now where I had a problem was I can't handle jump scares well at all and this show had more then I could handle in that avenue. But the acting and storytelling were so good that I tried to push through regardless. It would up being a bit to much for me but I would call this an approachable venue for most.
The staff were excellent and attentive even when it became to much for me the actors were polite and helped me out with as little stress as possible.
I hope to get better at handling horror and come back to finish the...
