Today I tried this place for the 1st time. I ordered ahead online and paid ahead because I have a short 30 min lunch and I wanted to have time to eat. I got the email my order was ready. I arrived at 12:07pm and gave them my order # I was at store #05538 at 4001 E Broadway in Phoenix, AZ. The girl no name tag so not sure of her name told Sudheer where my order was. He gave it to me and it was not my food. They kept looking for my food I gave them my order # several times and they didn't look it up. They then told me they had no order for me. I had a charge on my card and order# but they are telling me no order. By now it's 12:16pm and my lunch ends at 12:30. I told the rude unprofessional girl that I only had a little time left and i needed a refund. She ignored me and kept helping others then she said we cannot refund an order that ain't in our system. She then says call Grubhub for a refund. Not once did I say I ordered on Grubhub. I ordered from the Quiznos website. They finally found my order. It was now 12:20. I told Sudheer I wanted my money back cause I wasn't going to have time to eat. He kept literally pushing the bag towards me saying here it is it is ready. I got louder saying I don't want it I need my money back. They gave me my money and the girl kept laughing I told her she can stop laughing because I am sure she needs her job as I plan to call corporate or the owner. She said I'm sure you need the job you're about to be late to. I will never step foot in this establishment or any Quiznos ever again. I plan to leave this review on Yelp, Google, and any other heavy traffic website as well as reach out to an owner or corporate office. They gave me the food, the girl continued to laugh as I filled my soda. I called her Spongebob based on the shape of her body and yelled fat funny built girl then left. Was that mature, no but I find it crazy that THEY made the mistake but they want to give me bad service. To top it all off, the sub was VERY sloppy, I had to come back late from lunch to try to eat the messy thing. I ended up throwing it away just too messy to eat. Read moreI came in for my T-Mobile Tuesday free sandwich and was told that they were out of meat. the girl that was working told me that they just received a shipment but that everything was frozen I come in Wednesday the very next day and there's a sign saying that they are not participating in the T-Mobile Tuesday and that they will not honor anything so I decided to go in and ask why they gave me the same excuse that they are out of meat and when I told the girl that just yesterday you told me that you received the shipment but that everything was frozen now exactly 24 hours later you're giving me the same excuse. Arizona Sandwich Company is not that far from here they're toasted Subs are the best in the valley I would recommend everyone going to Arizona Sandwich Company try the Arizona Philly or the Sparky which is the turky sandwich with bacon and avocado. Read moreI wouldn't honestly pick this establish first. I love quiznos but my experience was interesting... The employee was beginning to make up the order and everything was fine. But she started coughing, which she walked away towards the sink to collect herself.
That's fine. I'd rather have you gather yourself before you cough on any food. She spat into the sink, coughed onto her gloves, and then into some paper towel. She never changed her gloves out as the manager switched out with her to finish it. She came back to take over (no glove change) and began to cough a bit more and more on the cheese.
We couldn't rationalise a justifiable reason to stay anymore. We said we were sorry but cannot eat this anymore. They offered to make a new one but it was a little late. Friendly people but horrible situation...
