We used Form Floral for our wedding, and I truly can’t say enough good things about them. From the very beginning, they were incredibly kind, responsive, and easy to work with. Every time I had a question or needed anything, they responded quickly and made the whole process feel so smooth and stress-free. It felt like I was talking to a friend who genuinely cared about making everything perfect.

I worked mostly with Lauren, and she was amazing. She really took the time to ask about the colors and flowers I wanted. Not only did she listen, but they truly delivered—and then some! The arrangements were absolutely stunning and even more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. They completely exceeded all of my expectations and brought my dream florals to life in the most perfect way. I couldn’t believe the flowers when they showed up to the venue and haven’t stopped talking about them to this day. Every single detail was stunning and cohesive. We got so many compliments on the flowers and I wish that I could have kept them forever.

I can’t speak highly enough about the wonderful women who own and run Form Floral! I first met them at an aura arrangement and they helped me design a beautiful mix of fresh and dried florals for my home.

I (an idiot) had already reached out to a different florist before my first experience at Form Floral and ordered a dried arrangement for my mountain top elopement. The other florist did a really poor job executing my vision and I thought I was pretty doomed and stuck with a beige and boring bouquet. I came to Form on a Sunday, explained my situation to the ladies and within an hour they had created a work of art beyond my wildest dreams! They also made sure my biggest need was met; it was a completely dried bouquet that I could attach to my backpack. My bouquet was so resilient and withstood a 2 day elopement and 10+ miles of hiking. The best part is, now that the wedding stuff is over, I get to keep this beautiful bouquet forever and it looks just as gorgeous as it did on day 1. We love a sustainability queen!

Malori and her team were a dream to work with!! Planning a destination wedding can be stressful but within minutes of meeting Malori, of Form Floral, I knew I made the right decision. I was drawn to her aesthetic and the organic look to of her floral creations and trusted Malori and her team to bring my vision to life. Malori went out of her way to make sure that my big day went off without a hitch - Malori even met me at each venue walk-through to make sure every detail was accounted for. When I walked into the room on my wedding day I was BLOWN AWAY, everything I had pictured in my head had been brought to life.

My bouquet was what dreams were made of - colorful, large and a complete showstopper. Every cocktail and lounge table was adorned with a cluster of florals and cacti. In the dining room, candles and greenery tied everything together and outside, the Form Floral team transformed an archway into a masterpiece.
