I'm actually appalled. My friend and I were just there around 2pm and it was supposed to be a relax day. The service was fine other than they made us wait at least 45 mins in the pedicure chairs and kind of rushed our services and I didn't realized until after I got home how bad the job was!!!! She didn't file my nails or even clean the excess gel off my toes! Just just clipped and painted, didn't even clean them. She didn't even clip them even.
Seriously look at these pictures.
They were nice, but for a $55 dollar service, plus tip, I'm really upset.

I went back in because they called and let me know that they would help fix the service. When I first got there, you could tell they weren't super happy to see me- and tried to place me with the original technician. I let them know, that whoever called would let me be with someone else, she told me to go sit in the back with different tech, Nine.
I went with black this time, I've had something personal come up and wanted to be simple and didn't want any reason for the glitter to be the reason it looked bad.
The tech was nervous the whole time, but he was very nice, honestly, so so friendly. He burned me a couple times with the electric file so I have some skinned spots on my cuticles. But overall, he did a good job!
Thank you for fixing the original job, After the service, the front lady was nicer, I think she expected me to be awful and was kind of surprised that I wanted to tip the tech and wasn't totally rude to him or her, I guess? But to be honest, I haven't had a service like this in 5 years and was really excited to go with a friend and do something for myself in the first place. As a mom and a preschool teacher, I barely have time to go do "me things."
Overall, I'm just bummed this whole thing happened, I'm bummed about the animosity when I got there when they called me to come back and fix it, and bummed about how surprised everyone acted when I actually wasn't a total witch and just wanted a service I paid for.

I scheduled appointments several weeks in advance , there were three in my party and, of course Herbal Nail Salon was not prepared. One in my party was started with service, the other two of us had to wait, before someone became available.
Next I was punctured with a cut that went deep into the groove between the skin and my toe., which begin to bleed!! One of my daughters being serviced also was going through a similar experience with her person as well, first the towel dropped on the floor and the lady was going to pick it up and use it, until my daughter requested a clean towel. Then my daughter was punctured in her hand with the same lady while getting a manicure. When I received my manicure which was basic… I got punctured with a bad cut on my finger, in the groove of my skin, even though the lady apologized, I was bleeding and it was very painful. She grabbed some alcohol … I quickly told her … oh no you will not use that it will burn….. 😡. I asked for peroxide which she ended up asking someone and came back with something else. The person that gave my other daughter which was the third person her pedicure was good, however, he does not do manicures, and no one was available at the time to give her one.
I have used this place of business since 2019… this is not acceptable service, nor professional, it appears to be a high turnover of staff. At one time I had a steady couple of people that I knew by name that serviced me, and knew me!! Making appointments well in advance and keeping my appointment, to end of waiting, and then getting bad service is not good business !!!👎🏽😩
After I got home I was able to use peroxide on these cuts which are still painful right now. Getting pedicures & manicures for three people is nothing to sneeze at financially …..to end up getting bad service. We were not offered any comps or anything. Will not recommend or patronize this...

I was so happy to find a new tech Donna, who treated me so nicely and I explained that i had my daughter with down syndrome that I wanted her nails done for her quinceanera but i really needed someone with lots of patience. Donna told me bring her to me, i will do her nails, you don't worry I will work with her. Donna not only did my nails so fancy and amazing she did my daughters nails so beautiful. now to be honest my daughter does get tired of how long it takes and does get impatient at times, I usually get very embarrassed because I don't want to ruin the other customers experiences with my daughter crying because she is upset, so I am always aware of not wanting to disturb others but sometimes it is out of my control, and it is not fair to my daughter that she should not be able to go to a salon to get her nails done either. bur Thank you Donna for your patience and your excellent work. I am happy with Donna and hope she stays and will be available to do our nails in the future. Jenny is very talented with designing snd color choices and Amy I would love when she did my waxing, both very nice to me.. I will never slam any tech for rudeness because zi understand sometimes we all have bad days, but I will no longer request a tech even if I loved their work if they treat me or my daughter not so friendly, I would rather just try a new tech and Hope I can find a better fit for us. this salon is so classy, looks so expensive and i love that they always offer me a bottle of water while i am getting my nails done.
