About a yr ago. I thought this was a awesome hospital. Because my boyfriend went there for dka due to stress. They did a awesome job. But this yr. He went in for dka again. Because of change of meds and stress on his body etc. But this time he walked out. I dropped him off because i saw that he was going thru dka again and well he called me sever hrs later to come pick him up because they were placing him where there were covid-19 floor was. They said he tested positive. We bith knew he didnt have it. But anyways. I took him to another hospital. They tested him there and they said he didnt have covid-19.

Plus when he was leaving this banner hospital had hear the staff talking about him. Say the nurse didnt care if he left and he would be back. That is so nit proper...

I've read many of the negative reviews for this hospital. As a result, I was rather leery and worried about having my dad there for any kind of medical care.

However, dad spent 16 days here for serious issues, and was treated fantastic!

The nursing staff, was great! Their attention to detail, attention to dad's needs, questions, and requests were outstanding. Treatment was with gentleness, kindness, tenderness, and professionalism.

This hospital goes above and beyond for a lot of things. Both my grandparents have had procedures here, and wonderful. Gift shop has a bunch of stuff for gifts, or for yourself to read to keep you busy. Great...
