Jacobs Well Water & Ice — Local services in Phoenix

I am beyond disgusted with the service I received from this so called Christian family owned water and ice store. I’ve lived in the area for over 19 years and always brought my kiddos here for a sweet treat after school. My 8 year old at the time needed to use the restroom “she couldn’t hold it” as I asked her to until we ran to Frys but just couldn’t so I politely asked if my daughter could use the restroom and the tall Hispanic guy that’s been a longtime cashier at this spot refused to let her use it. I was in absolute shock that he refused a child to the restroom. As her mother and a loyal and long time customer I begin to share with him my disappointment In not letting a kid / my child use the restroom he didn’t care to hear me but yet proceeded to tell me to not return. two years later today I figured I’d give this place another try, my daughter wanted an ice cream as my gut was turning not wanting to go in I became the bigger person and went in anyways to get my daughter and ice cream and that same guy asked me to leave. As a Christian believer myself it hurt me how this guy would be so heartless and ask me to leave the store with my daughter being present as if I was someone who was screaming and using profane language.. he really tried robbing my peace today but it didn’t work ❤️ God...

If you want good drama go to Jacob's Well. That's about all you'll get besides the delicious ice-cream or snow cones. There is absolutely no professionalism in this environment. Don't be fooled by the employees fake smiles and greetings, for as soon as you walk out of the door you will be the subject of gossip and discrimination. Family issues exceed professionalism making it difficult to work and serve customers correctly. If you're looking for a wholesome professional atmosphere for yourself and your family, steer clear of this store.

I absolutely Love this place, I have been a customer for 4 years now, in those 4 years they ran out of water once, but it's a business, it happens, yes there are kids in the front greeting you, but I like to think of it as that's probably a business run by a family or some young kids first job, they will always greet you, and overall, the water is delicious, and my family and I love their ice cream! So it's a 5 Star...
